Classes are based on the daily changing WOD (Workout of the Day) and aim to evenly develop the entire body through a variety of movements that combine strength and cardio, enhancing the fun and sustainability of exercise. This class is for those who are trying CrossFit for the first time or are still getting accustomed to it.
How to Prepare
* For the free trial, only those who have never tried CrossFit before can apply.
* Please be sure to bring indoor workout shoes, workout clothes, and a water bottle.
* Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts.
