Classes are based on the daily changing WOD (Workout of the Day) and aim to evenly develop the entire body through a variety of movements that combine strength and cardio, enhancing the fun and sustainability of exercise.
How to Prepare
* For the free trial, only those who have never tried CrossFit before can apply.
* Please be sure to bring indoor workout shoes, workout clothes, and a water bottle.
* Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts.
