When we are free, we encounter a greater version of ourselves. • Odaka Yoga is a flow-based practice that combines yoga, Zen, and martial arts, continuously flowing into asanas without interruption. 📌 This class is a Physiogel X Obut event class. 📌 The class includes an event where participants will apply a face mask during the session, followed by a photo shoot. The photos taken may be used for Physiogel's social media and internal promotional materials, so this class is only open to those who agree to participate in the event and have their photos taken. 📌 The face mask will be applied during Savasana. Since washing your face during the class is not possible, please bring a personal towel if you wish to wash your face beforehand. 📌 The class will start on time. As this is a special event class, entry to the practice room after the start time will not be permitted (including cases of being late due to washing your face).
