How to Prepare
* Before the session, please prepare comfortable clothing for movement and a towel to wipe off sweat.
* The yoga studio opens 20 minutes before class starts.
* During the session, we kindly ask you to refrain from using your phone and taking photos, and to set your device to silent mode.
* Early morning sessions on weekdays and tea time after weekend classes are optional and will last about 30 minutes.
* Please make a reservation for early morning sessions on weekdays by 6 PM the day before.
* The weekday lunch session lasts 50 minutes, and the following 10 minutes are optional for practicing Savasana or a closing routine.
* The weekday evening session opens 30 minutes before class, and you can wait inside the yoga studio for your session.
